Who am I?

I always felt that I was missing out. While I watched others enjoy their favorite foods without consequence, I felt trapped by the restrictions I placed on myself, longing to be one of those people who could eat what they wanted and never gain weight, or be one of those who could just eat one piece of chocolate or one chip. During my teenage years, I began to struggle with weight gain and felt increasingly uncomfortable in my own skin.

In response, I tried imposing various diets on myself, such as keto and raw vegan, which seemed to work for everyone else but never for me long-term. Despite my efforts, I would lose weight only to regain it shortly afterward. My approach relied heavily on willpower, which inevitably depleted over time. This led to a cycle where, once I removed the dietary restrictions, I would revert to old habits and often indulge even more in the chips or chocolate that I wasn't allowed to eat.

After years of struggling with this frustrating cycle, I resolved my own issues and discovered a sustainable way to maintain my ideal weight without relying on willpower. This personal breakthrough inspired me to help others facing similar challenges, prompting me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Sciences.
